Dominic
Warren is the principal of the practice.
DW qualified as an architect in 1986 and became an Associate at Haskoll
& Co in 1990 with responsibility for several projects up to £12m
in value.
DW established Dominic Warren Architects in 1992.
The practice was renamed rawspace in 2001
Practice Structure
The practice has typically had between four and seven staff. Currently
the practice consists of Dominic Warren, three assistants and a practice
manager.
Nature of Practice
The design of each project is tailored to suit the specific requirements
of the client and site.
All drawings are prepared on Apple Macintosh computers.
Design is developed using freehand sketches, simple 3D CAD visualisations
and small physical models.
Project costs are monitored using detailed spreadsheets.

The majority of our work is in Central and West London, but includes completed
projects in Kent and Cornwall.
Private Clients - residential
alterations with a value of £50k - £1m. - some 130 projects
completed to date.
